Daily Northeast Region Eggs
Prices are steady. The undertone is weak. Supplies range light to heavy,
mostly moderate to heavy. Offerings are adequate to ample. Retail demand
is usually moderate while food service demand is light. Market activity is
slow to moderate. Eastern region breaking stock supplies are moderate to
heavy for full-time to over-time breaking schedules. Spent hen offerings
are moderate to heavy for a seasonally moderate demand.
